Everybody made mistake. In fact we done mistakes all the time. But mistakes is not negative,it means learning from the past for the better future. Yeah,I know some mistakes can be deadly like plane crash,car accident and others but if there is no errors,how we can improve? For me blaming people is like meeting the dead road,you keep arguing but no action,wasting time to see who should be blame. So,don't be afraid doing mistake. If a person mad at you because you done wrong,well they always think they are right they are so wrong. :)
